1. Acceptance
By accessing or using aeovio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
aeovio is an AI-powered SEO and AEO agency platform. We provide automated audits, content recommendations, keyword tracking, and AI visibility monitoring. All automated changes require your approval before implementation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD or GBP depending on your location. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with other users, or to submit malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content and data. We retain ownership of the Service, including our AI models, algorithms, and interface. Content generated by our AI for your use is licensed to you for your business purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings improvements, or traffic increases. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
